1. Why am I unable to receive emails from intsocdermpath.org ?
 Answer: Aol.com and other ISP's have very rigid "spam filters". You must add these emails in your "address book" and change your spam filter to accept addresses coming from admin@intsocdermpath.org and support@intsocdermpath.org.

2. I click to Download Form and password box appears
 Answer: You can just hit "Enter" or click on "Cancel" and you should be able to proceed with the download.
There are many reasons why password box appears. A few reasons are: 1)You may not have Word installed on your desktop. 2)You might have high security settings on your browser. 3) Your firewall may be preventing the download .
